Key Responsibilities
1. ERP System Management and Optimization
Strategy and Planning: Define and execute the ERP strategy, ensuring the system aligns with core business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, and other departments.
Implementation & Upgrades: Lead and manage the full ERP lifecycle, including new system implementations, module deployments, and major version upgrades.
Customization and Configuration: Oversee the configuration and customization of ERP modules to meet specific business requirements, minimizing modifications where possible to maintain system integrity.
Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with departmental leaders to analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and leverage ERP functionality to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of data within the ERP system. Develop and manage reporting tools (., Power BI, Tableau) and dashboards to provide business insights for strategic decision-making.
2. IT Infrastructure and Operations
System Performance: Monitor the performance and health of the ERP system, as well as the general IT network, hardware, and software, proactively addressing issues to minimize downtime.
Security and Compliance: Implement and manage IT security protocols, data backup and disaster recovery plans, and ensure all systems comply with relevant internal policies and external regulations.
IT Support: Oversee the provision of technical support and troubleshooting for all IT and ERP-related issues, managing the help desk and coordinating timely resolution.
Asset and Inventory Management: Manage the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of all IT hardware and software assets.
3. Project and Vendor Management
Project Leadership: Manage multiple IT and ERP projects concurrently, including defining scope, developing project plans, managing budgets, and tracking progress against deadlines.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to the ERP specialists, IT support staff, and other project team members.
Vendor Relations: Manage relationships and contracts with ERP software vendors, external consultants, and other IT service providers to ensure optimal service and support.
Budgeting: Prepare, manage, and track the annual IT and ERP budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
4. Training and Stakeholder Collaboration
Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between the IT department and all other business units (., Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure the ERP system meets their evolving needs.
User Adoption: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, user manuals, and documentation to ensure high user adoption and proficiency across the organization.
Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions for end-users during new implementations or system upgrades.
