• experience: 1 - 2 years as erp functional consultant

as an erp functional consultant, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in full life cycle erp implementation in the manufacturing domain.

you will be primarily responsible for the following:

• understanding business requirements, business objectives, and expectations

• preparing requirement documents, identifying the gaps, design & configure solutions, conducting pilot runs, end-user training

• planning & collaboration for erp implementation by adopting project management best practices

you should be well versed with:

• requirement gathering and preparing documents

• problem-solving techniques

• business process mapping & erp configuration

• conducting design discussions and reviews

• software project management best practices

• conducting meetings, trainings, and presentations
