Candidate Qualifications & Expectations

Education: . ()/B. Tech ()/ M. Sc (IT)/ MCA / MBA

Experience: 1 - 2 years as ERP Functional Consultant

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in full life cycle ERP Implementation in the manufacturing domain.

You will be primarily responsible for the following:

Understanding Business Requirements, Business Objectives, and Expectations

Preparing Requirement Documents, Identifying the Gaps, Design & Configure Solutions, Conducting Pilot Runs, End-User Training

Planning & Collaboration for ERP Implementation by adopting Project Management Best Practices

You should be well versed with:

Requirement Gathering and Preparing Documents

Problem-Solving Techniques

Business Process Mapping & ERP Configuration

Conducting Design Discussions and Reviews

Software Project Management Best Practices

Conducting Meetings, Trainings, and Presentations
