❖ operations and maintenance of fire alarm, sprinkler & hydrant system & technical troubleshooting.

❖ operations and maintenance of mcc, pcc, msb essential, ups panels.

❖ operation and maintenance of udb, eldb, ldb, rpdb’s.

❖ managing the data centre and server lab’s operations upkeep air conditioning, ac power, dc power.

❖ generations of energy/power reports on daily, weekly and monthly schedule as per client requirement

❖ co-ordinate with vendors and service providers of maintenance calls and completion of preventive maintenance schedule.

❖ managing the audio video assets like projects, amplifiers, speakers, mikes, etc...

❖ maintenance service records of personal and efficiently produced stationery item for office

❖ planning the deployment of manpower for routines duties.

❖ daily walk through facility rounds to avoiding operations abnormalities.

❖ communicating & co-coordinating with the vendor for facility related activity.

❖ maintaining the stock & ordering for spares to vendor.

❖ maintaining of various reports.
