Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and calibration of flowmeter systems at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to flowmeter functionality, electronics, and associated equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with backend support teams to provide technical guidance and resolution recommendations.
- Generate detailed service reports documenting activities, observations, and recommendations.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of flowmeter systems.
Requirements
- Experience/exposure in working with flowmeter systems preferred.
- Knowledge in installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of flowmeters (electromagnetic, ultrasonic, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and training.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours when required.
