key responsibilities
- perform installation, commissioning, and calibration of flowmeter systems at customer locations.
- troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to flowmeter functionality, electronics, and associated equipment.
- provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related concerns promptly.
- collaborate with backend support teams to provide technical guidance and resolution recommendations.
- generate detailed service reports documenting activities, observations, and recommendations.
- conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of flowmeter systems.
requirements
- experience/exposure in working with flowmeter systems preferred.
- knowledge in installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of flowmeters (electromagnetic, ultrasonic, etc.).
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and training.
- ability to work independently and manage tasks in a dynamic environment.
- willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours when required.
