Key Responsibilities- Perform installation, commissioning, and calibration of flowmeter systems at customer locations.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to flowmeter functionality, electronics, and associated equipment.- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related concerns promptly.- Collaborate with backend support teams to provide technical guidance and resolution recommendations.- Generate detailed service reports documenting activities, observations, and recommendations.- Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of flowmeter systems.Requirements- Experience/exposure in working with flowmeter systems preferred.- Knowledge in installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of flowmeters (electromagnetic, ultrasonic, etc.).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and training.- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a dynamic environment.- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours when required.
