Job Title: EHS Executive (Environment, Health & Safety)

Location: Nashik

Experience: 4-5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Environmental Science

Job Summary:

The EHS Executive will be responsible for implementing and monitoring environmental, health, and safety policies to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. The role involves ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, minimizing risks, and promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and standards

Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations

Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions

Maintain records related to safety, environment, and compliance

Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees

Monitor waste management, pollution control, and sustainability practices

Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices

Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports

Coordinate with government authorities for EHS compliance

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations

Experience in conducting audits and safety inspections

Good communication and training skills

Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Attention to detail and documentation skills

Preferred Experience:

Experience in manufacturing/chemical industry

Knowledge of ISO & ISO standards

Familiarity with pollution control norms and statutory compliance
