Designation- Sales Manager /Sr. Counselor/ Counselor / Jr. Counselor.

Location- INDORE.

CTC- Negotiable

Qualification/Experience

1) Candidate should be a Graduate / MBA with minimum 2 years of Hard Core Sales Experience of which the last 4 years should be at Managerial Level controlling a team

2) Candidate will be profit Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving Sales Target of the center, leading & motivating sales force & implementing sales & BTL/Promotional strategies of the center under him.

3) Candidates will be responsible for overall student enrollment in the center.

4) Should be excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.

5) Should be a Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.

6) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.

7) Candidates from Education Background would be preferred.

8) Should have been stable in the previous organization with a proven track record. Should not be a job hopper.

9)Review Business area and identify new market opportunities.

10) Keep in line with the company growth strategy.

11) Meet or exceed company profit goals.

12) Source, Train, Coach and Develop staff for his/her team.

13. Address student issues and concern prompts.
