Job Title: Sales Education Counselor
Experience Level: 1–8 years of relevant experience in sales, counseling, or academic advising.
Role Overview
As an Inside Sales - Academic Counselor, you will be a key part of the admissions team, responsible for guiding prospective learners in their educational journey . This role involves understanding student needs, offering suitable course recommendations, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience. Based out of our South Extension II campus in Delhi, this is an on-site, performance-driven role with clear growth paths across three levels: Junior Associate, Associate, and Senior Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses through in-person meetings, calls, and virtual platforms.
• Understand and address student needs to recommend appropriate programs.
Mentoring & Leadership (Associate & Senior Associate Levels)
• Guide and support junior counselors to help them achieve their targets.
• Take initiative in training and upskilling the admissions team (for Senior Associates).
Target Achievement & Reporting
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Use CRM and other sales tools to track leads, monitor progress, and generate reports.
• Maintain and improve conversion rates.
Additional Responsibilities
• Drive referral-based sales.
• Reactivate dormant leads and ensure target batch enrollments.
• Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.
