Role Summary
In this role, your main responsibility will be to communicate with students/clients, explain LearnDex courses to them, and complete the admission/enrollment process.
Daily Work Explanation
1. Lead Generation
Calling and following up (via call/WhatsApp) on leads provided by the company
Handling online inquiries and walk-in students
2. Client / Student Counseling
Explaining course options (Diploma, , MBA, etc.) to students
Clearly explaining fees, eligibility criteria, and admission process
Suggesting the best course option according to the student’s requirements
3. Sales & Conversion
Convincing interested students to take admission
Achieving monthly targets (incentives are based on performance)
4. Follow-ups
Regular follow-up calls with interested candidates
Proper coordination until the admission process is completed
5. Reporting
Maintaining daily work reports
Providing regular updates to the team leader/manager
Who Can Apply
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills required (Hindi mandatory, basic English required)

Salary: ?10,000 – ?15,000 per month
