We are looking for a dedicated Educational Counsellor based in AJC Bose Road, Kolkata. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for guiding students in their educational journeys. You will help individuals make informed decisions about their academic and career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Counselling Sessions**: Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to understand their goals and provide tailored advice for their academic journey.

- **Program Guidance**: Assist students in selecting appropriate educational programs based on their interests and future aspirations, ensuring they receive relevant information about courses and institutions.

- **Career Planning**: Help students plan for their future careers by discussing potential career paths and the necessary steps to achieve them.

- **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize workshops and information sessions to educate students and parents about educational opportunities and application processes.

- **Follow-Up Support**: Maintain contact with students after initial consultations to provide additional guidance as they progress through their educational choices.

Required Skills and Expectations:

You should be empathetic, patient, and able to listen actively to understand student needs. A good command of English and Bengali is essential.
