Experience:

•

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, front-office, customer handling, or related roles (school experience preferred)

•

Experience in managing enquiries, leads, and admission processes

•

Familiarity with school systems, admission procedures, and parent interactions

Educational Qualification:

•

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Education, Communication, or Management)

•

Additional certification in counseling, communication, or customer relations is an advantage
