outbound process: up-sell & cross-sell executive and ug/pg courses.

inbound process: attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.

online chat process: be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.

responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.

responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.

requirements:

experience as telesales / telemarketing, counselors, inside sales executive or tele-counselor mandatory.

fresher - any graduate

graduate freshers with good english communication and understanding of sales are most welcome.

experience: 1 - 2 years (freshers are also welcomed)
