Job Role: EDP-Mentor (Entrepreneurship Development Program)

Brief Job Description

The EDP-Mentor is responsible for mentoring and guiding trained candidates to start and run their own solar enterprises. The role supports trainees at every step of the solar enterprise setup, connects them with existing entrepreneurs and respective Schneider or Luminous staff, promotes awareness about the benefits of doing business with Luminous, and conducts trainings to enhance and upgrade their business skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentoring and guiding trainees to start their own business

• Helping trainees to connect with existing entrepreneurs

• Bringing awareness about the benefits of doing business with Luminous

• Connecting trainees to respective Schneider or Luminous staff

• Maintaining the conversion ratio of trainees doing business with Luminous

• Clarifying or helping trainees in every step of the solar enterprise setup

• Conducting trainings to enhance and upgrade business skills

Performance Indicators

• Conversion ratio of trainees doing business with Luminous

• Number of trainees mentored and guided to start their own business

• Number of connections facilitated with existing entrepreneurs and Schneider or Luminous staff

• Number of business skill trainings conducted and trainee attendance

• Progress and completion rate of trainees in the solar enterprise setup
