location: 4th floor, p s srijan tech park, dn block, sector v, bidhan nagar, kolkata, west bengal
type: full-time, onsite
shift: fixed day shifts (9am to 9pm window hrs shift)
5days working 2 days rational off)
salary: upto 27,000 inr ctc per month
incentives: fixed incentive of 6,000 inr
immediate joiner preferred
responsibilities:
• drive e-commerce sales through effective communication and customer engagement.
• handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote products and services, addressing customer queries and concerns.
• collaborate with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the management.
• maintain a strong understanding of company products, policies, and industry trends.
• provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive buying experience for customers.
• maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
requirements:
• proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in a similar role.
• strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and close sales effectively.
• basic computer skills and familiarity with crm software.
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
