1. Responsible for Digital/ecommerce P&L (Revenues, Margins and Profitability) & Providing strategic direction and leadership to organization.
2. Make new alliance with Marketplace / other organization like Private label and create more business opportunity to drive incremental GMV.
3. Create and deliver the operating plan and online marketplaces.
4. Create Blueprint and Strategy to Build Brand in Ecommerce Industry.
5. Lead overall Performance marketing function and driving the digital marketing agenda of budget allocation and executions of plans to achieve desired target, along with building digital presence Brand.
6. Building / Identifying new Product categories/segments for the business, and accordingly arrange sourcing / partnership with another vendor. Drive relationship with manufacturer and trader to build up more product portfolio and supply chain.
7. Manage the overall Operations of the team along with the Sales, Production, Logistics Management and Customer Service of the Company.
8. Create and Execute MOM and YOY sales growth plan and target to achieve company’s goals.
