Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Flipkart Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Executive with strong hands-on experience in managing Flipkart seller accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product listings, sales performance, promotional campaigns, inventory management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the Flipkart marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the companys Flipkart seller account.

Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, specifications).

Monitor product rankings, visibility, and sales performance.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements on Flipkart.

Manage Flipkart Ads (PPC), budget allocation, and ROI tracking.

Handle inventory management and stock planning to avoid OOS (Out of Stock).

Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for order processing and timely dispatch.

Monitor pricing strategy and competitor analysis.

Resolve customer queries, returns, claims, and performance-related issues.

Maintain account health metrics (cancellation rate, return rate, late dispatch rate).

Generate and analyze sales reports, performance reports, and MIS.

Stay updated with Flipkart policies, new features, and marketplace trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.

13+ years of experience managing Flipkart seller accounts.

Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub.

Experience with Flipkart Ads (PPC) and promotional tools.

Understanding of cataloging, SEO, and keyword optimization.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing multiple SKUs.

Knowledge of other marketplaces (Amazon, Meesho, etc.) is a plus.

Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
