Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales and presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales on the website, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization.

- Monitor website analytics and use data to inform strategy and decision-making.

- Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication with customers and resolution of issues.

- Work closely with other departments, including product development, logistics, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient operations.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continually improve our e-commerce offering.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of driving sales and growth through e-commerce channels.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a plus.
