E Commerce Manager - Sambhal

We are seeking an experienced E Commerce Manager to oversee and enhance our online sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in e-commerce and possess a minimum of 5 years' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Create and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales and improve online presence. This includes identifying target audiences and market trends.

- Website Management: Oversee the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions, thereby enhancing the customer shopping experience.

- Product Management: Manage the product catalog, including product descriptions, images, and pricing. This involves keeping the inventory updated and ensuring products are well presented.

- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and pay-per-click advertising, to attract and retain customers.

- Analytics Tracking: Analyze website traffic and sales data using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and measure the success of campaigns.

- Customer Service Oversight: Ensure the e-commerce platform delivers excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and complaints effectively.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as logistics and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and successful project execution.
