We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, coordinate with logistics partners, analyze sales data, and support marketing campaigns across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize listings on multiple e-commerce platforms
Handle product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory sync
Monitor daily sales, returns, and customer feedback
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
Assist in planning promotions, coupons, and online offers
Collaborate with digital marketing for paid ads and SEO
Generate reports on sales performance and suggest improvements
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1+ year of experience in e-commerce or related domain
Knowledge of major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and order management tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
