Looking For E Commerce Executive

We are looking for an E Commerce Executive to join our team at our Rani Bagh location. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations and should hold a degree in ., , or an Advanced/Higher Diploma.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Product Listing Management:** You will be responsible for adding new products to our website, ensuring all details such as descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and appealing to customers.

- **Inventory Management:** Regularly monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory, preventing overstock or stockouts.

- **Order Processing:** Handle customer orders by processing them efficiently from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

- **Customer Support:** Address customer inquiries and issues via email or chat, providing prompt and helpful responses to enhance the shopping experience.

- **Data Analysis:** Analyze sales data and website performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, helping to optimize our e-commerce strategy.
