we are looking for a results-driven e-commerce executive to manage and grow our online sales across platforms like amazon, flipkart, meesho, shopify, and company website. the candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, promotions, customer experience, and performance optimization.

key responsibilities

• manage product listings (title, images, seo description, keywords)

• handle daily order processing, inventory & pricing updates

• plan and execute online promotions, deals & festive sales

• coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams

• monitor sales performance, roi, conversion rate & traffic

• manage customer queries, reviews & ratings

• run and optimize amazon/flipkart ads

• analyze competitor pricing & market trends

• ensure brand consistency across all platforms
