Job Description

we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented ecommerce platform executive to manage our online product listings, mainly on the alibaba platform. the ideal candidate should be organized, quick to learn, and able to communicate confidently in english.

key responsibilities:

create, update, and manage product listings on alibaba

upload product descriptions, images, prices, and other details

monitor inquiries and respond to customers professionally

maintain accuracy and quality of all product information

work with the team to improve product visibility and sales

handle basic reporting and daily platform management tasks

requirements:

must be fluent in english (written and spoken)

experience with alibaba or other ecommerce platforms is a plus

good communication and time-management skills

basic computer skills (excel, email, internet research)

ability to work independently and meet deadlines
