A well-established brand in the educational publishing sector is looking for E-Commerce Executive to manage Online sales of textbooks and academic resources across major platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace & Catalogue Management
� Create and update product listings across marketplaces and eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Jio, First Cry and D2C, aligned with platform guidelines.
� Listing new catalogue on time with complete information: titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and tags.
� Conduct regular audits towards catalogue hygiene to ensure brand consistency, accurate listings, and high-quality customer experience.
� Improve product discover ability through enhanced keywords, filters, tags, and backend SEO.
Inventory & Merchandising
� Ensure top-performing products are always in stock and visible.
� Forecast inventory needs based on sales velocity and upcoming campaigns.
Data Analytics & Insights
� Analysing daily/monthly/Quarterly dashboards/reports of progress, status, and their metrics.
� Share insights with internal teams to guide product development, pricing strategy, and demand planning.
� Keeping up on trends, benchmark against competitors and tracking their routines in catalogue listings and their pricing shifts.
� Analysing the data and contributing towards continuous improvement of the eCommerce
� Monitoring promotional activities at various Marketplaces like AMS on Amazon and PLA on Flipkart
� Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
Reconciliation & Transactions:
� Track and reconcile payments from e-commerce platforms (., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)� Maintain detailed records of transactions, fees, and returns.
Preferred Qualifications
� 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce/marketplace accounts for a fashion, shapewear, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
� Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems, backend portals, pricing/promotions management, and campaign planning.
� Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms.
� Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
