Job Summary -

We are looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Assistant to support our day-to-day online business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, designing high-quality visual content and customer communication. This role requires a combination of technical and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Operations -

Create, optimize, and manage product listings on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and other marketplaces.

Intelligently source and adapt product information from AliExpress for dropshipping while creating original, high-quality listings.

Ensure accuracy in pricing, product descriptions, variations, images, and inventory details.

Maintain consistency of branding and product information across all platforms.

2. Content Creation & Photo Editing -

Edit and enhance product images using tools such as Canva (and other photo-editing software if applicable).

Create engaging ad creatives, banners, and promotional visuals for marketing campaigns.

Optimize images for different platforms according to their size and quality requirements.

4. Customer Support & Sales -

Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries on:

E-commerce platforms

Facebook Messenger

WhatsApp

Handle direct orders received via social media channels.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, or product-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

We provide training for skills the candidate might not be familiar with.

But the candidates having following skills will be preferred.

1. Proven experience in e-commerce listing creation and management.

2. Understanding of dropshipping using AliExpress.

3. Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools.

5. Good written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications -

1. Experience managing multiple stores or marketplaces simultaneously.

2. Prior experience working for online businesses.

3. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
