Job Summary

The Computer Operator is responsible for managing day-to-day data entry, system operations, and documentation processes within the logistics workflow. The role ensures accurate tracking of shipments, inventory updates, and smooth coordination between departments using digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update shipment, inventory, and delivery data into logistics software systems

Monitor transport schedules, dispatch records, and delivery status

Generate reports such as invoices, shipment summaries, and stock reports

Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams for data accuracy

Maintain digital and physical records of logistics transactions

Ensure timely processing of orders and documentation

Identify and report system errors or discrepancies

Assist in basic troubleshooting of computer systems and software issues

Maintain confidentiality of company data
