FIELD & PLC OPERATION OF DM PLANT (SEMI AUTO SYSTEM):

POST: SHIFT OPERATOR

REQUIREMENTS: Higher capacity DM Plant operation, DMF,ACF & SSF backlashes, SAC,SBA,WBA & MB regeneration, operation chemical cleaning of UF system, maintaining of Cooling Tower parameters and chemical dosing, LP & HP dosing of Feed water and Boiler water, maintaining of N-Pit parameters, maintaining logbooks, maintaining all online and offline parameters related to DM plant, following LOTO system, Isolation normalisation of equipment's, equipment changeover, handling unloading of chemicals like HCL,Caustic & Sulfuric acid, Cooling Tower Dosing chemicals etc., following MSDS, SOP etc, follow safety compliance (like PPE's etc).
