Job Summary:

As a District Sales Manager (DSM) at Lead Vision India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing sales growth and leadership development in your designated district. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build, guide, and motivate a network of Channel Partners, Sales Executives, and Direct Sellers. The DSM will ensure the implementation of business plans, drive performance, and promote company values at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned district.

Execute district-level sales strategies aligned with company goals.

Monitor daily activity and conversion of team members and report progress.

Team Development & Leadership:

Recruit, train, and guide team members (CDs, RDs, ADs, etc.) to build a strong and motivated sales network.

Organize regular training programs and leadership workshops.

Promote career growth within the team and encourage promotions to next levels.

Market Expansion:

Identify potential areas for new customer acquisition and network development.

Plan and execute field-level campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.

Track competitor movements and respond with proactive strategies.

Relationship Management:

Build trust-based relationships with leaders, team members, and customers.

Address escalated concerns professionally and maintain a customer-first approach.

Ensure ethical business practices and adherence to company values.

Reporting & Compliance:

Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and activity reports to senior management.

Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, code of conduct, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3��5 years of experience in direct selling, FMCG, insurance, or network-based marketing.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about team growth.

Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
