*job summary*

we are hiring male distribution sales representatives for multiple locations in karnataka. candidates must come from an automobile educational background, possess strong knowledge of auto parts, and be willing to travel within the assigned region. both experienced professionals and freshers with the right qualifications are welcome.

*key responsibilities*

manage and grow sales through local distributors and dealers

visit markets regularly to monitor distributor performance and drive secondary sales

ensure timely order collection, product delivery, and payment follow-up

identify and onboard new distributors or retailers as needed

maintain product availability and visibility at key retail points

track competitor activities and report key market trends

share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with the manager

eligibility criteria

gender: male candidates only

education: diploma or degree in automobile engineering or related field (mandatory)

*experience:*

freshers with automobile education are eligible

1–3 years of experience in automobile spare parts sales preferred

vehicle: must own a two-wheeler with a valid license

travel: must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territory

product knowledge: strong understanding of automobile spare parts and components

good communication and interpersonal skills

basic proficiency in ms office (excel, word) and reporting tools

monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and interview)
