Job Description: Digital Specialist

Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative digital solutions.

Online Presence Management:

Oversee and optimize the organization's online presence across various platforms, including websites, social media, and other digital channels.

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to digital best practices.

Content Management:

Create, edit, and manage digital content, including website copy, blog posts, and multimedia mize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience.

Digital Advertising:

Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns (., PPC, display ads, social media ads) to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and overall online presence.

Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, recommending improvements based on data analysis.

User Experience (UX) Optimization:

Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance the user experience on digital platforms.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve website and app functionality.

Email Marketing:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance analysis.

Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow the organization's social media profiles, engaging with the audience and fostering a positive online community.

Implement social media campaigns to support marketing and branding efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
