*Key Responsibilities*
Develop and execute integrated marketing calendars aligned with business goals
Plan and manage PR campaigns, award nominations, webinars, and speaker opportunities
Build compelling marketing collaterals including brochures, emailers, social media posts, and website content
Drive SEO, paid campaigns, and social media strategy in collaboration with agencies
Track, retarget, and convert leads to support business development and pipeline growth
Coordinate go-to-market strategies, conduct competitor benchmarking, and identify growth opportunities
Oversee deployment of marketing automation tools and monitor campaign ROI
Manage communication strategies for both domestic and global markets
*Requirements*
35 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services
Proven track record in handling multi-channel campaigns and performance marketing
Strong content writing and storytelling skills for digital platforms
Experience in working with creative agencies and tech teams
Excellent project management and communication skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Masters degree (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus
Certifications in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
