*Key Responsibilities*
€¢ Develop and execute integrated marketing calendars aligned with business goals
€¢ Plan and manage PR campaigns, award nominations, webinars, and speaker opportunities
€¢ Build compelling marketing collaterals including brochures, emailers, social media posts, and website content
€¢ Drive SEO, paid campaigns, and social media strategy in collaboration with agencies
€¢ Track, retarget, and convert leads to support business development and pipeline growth
€¢ Coordinate go-to-market strategies, conduct competitor benchmarking, and identify growth opportunities
€¢ Oversee deployment of marketing automation tools and monitor campaign ROI
€¢ Manage communication strategies for both domestic and global markets
*Requirements*
€¢ 3€“5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services
€¢ Proven track record in handling multi-channel campaigns and performance marketing
€¢ Strong content writing and storytelling skills for digital platforms
€¢ Experience in working with creative agencies and tech teams
€¢ Excellent project management and communication skills
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
€¢ Master€™s degree (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus
€¢ Certifications in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
