About the Role:

Travancore Tales Video Agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to Plan , manage Branding and Marketing campaigns for various B2B/ B2C brands , across Meta (Linkedin, Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms (YouTube, Google Display Network, etc.). The role involves end-to-end campaign execution, performance monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Building & Creative Strategy
* Develop brand identity, content pillars, and tone of voice.
* Create and execute high-impact content calendars for social media and e-commerce.
* Conceptualize and lead photo/video shoots, ensuring content is platform-optimized.
* Track social media KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize for performance.
2. Social Media Growth & Engagement
* Devise strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Stay ahead of trends and implement viral content ideas (especially for reels & short-form video).
* Influencer Marketing and UGC strategy
3. Performance Marketing
* Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
* Set up tracking via Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and Merchant Center.
4. Creative Campaigns & Brand Activation
* Plan and execute innovative campaigns like festival launches, influencer marketing collaborations,
* Identify growth hacks and low-cost marketing opportunities to improve ROI.
* SEO & Content: Conduct keyword research, oversee on-page & off-page SEO, and collaborate on content planning.
* Email & CRM Marketing: Set up and automate flows on Klaviyo/Mailchimp/Zoho. Focus on engagement and retention.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics on GA4, GTM, Looker Studio. Deliver clear performance reports.
* Conversion Optimization: Optimize landing pages and customer journeys through A/B testing and funnel audits.
* Client Relationship Management: Act as the lead point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of digital solutions according to their goals.
Key Requirements:
* 2 years’ hands-on experience in digital campaigns
* Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (YouTube & Display).
* Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
* Excellent communication & time management skills.
* Experience with branding and upper-funnel campaigns preferred.
