our b2c promotions aggregator mobile app clicflyer has over a million active users in the gcc. we are looking for a dynamic leader with experience in building a large app user base to spearhead clicflyer accelerated user acquisition plans in in our existing markets and new markets across the world.
key responsibilities include:
- develop, implement, and manage user acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet business goals.
- responsibility for all our digital platforms - planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, seo/sem, email, social media and display advertising.
- maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, product, design, and analytics, to optimize user acquisition campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to maximize our advertising roi.
- provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
key requirements:
- bs/ms degree in marketing or a related field
- proven working experience in digital marketing, scaling a mobile application/business through aggressive digital marketing.
- demonstrable experience leading and managing the acquisition, engagement & retention teams including seo/sem, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and retain users.
