Job Summary

Required Candidate profile 10-15 years of experience in promoting Construction Business.

The position will be responsible for conceptualizing and overseeing the execution of marketing activities/ events, promotions and achieving marketing revenue targets for the Organisation.

Ensure the marketing SOPs, reporting and escalation matric are in place and the guidelines are adhered to. Building strategic marketing plans with the view of enhancing revenue and expansion of the business plan. Oversee marketing through advertising, promotions, website, digital & social media and visual merchandising, magazine, newsletter in order to enhance the business.

Responsibilities and Duties

A highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research

A dynamic personality with an entrepreneurial mindset is a strong plus. Teamwork, cooperation, and ability to work across departments

You are a natural business builder and networker who can ensure excellent client selection by leveraging relationships and analytics. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Wattsup, Facebook etc.)

Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.). Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

.Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience

Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
