role and responsibilities
• run ad campaigns through facebook ads manager, driving various ad goals with regard to our website
• track the customer behavior through facebook pixel & google analytics
• run ad through google & drive sales to our website
• assist in execution a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, including but not limited to the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and sales support.
• plan offline & online marketing campaigns, advertisements & promotional activities.
• create customer-centric content for emails, sms, social media posts and reels.
• collaborate with sales & product team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns.
• strategize to grow on social media, through paid ads and lead generation.
• measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
• executing seo, sem, ppc once website is ready
• coordinate & prepare content for social media marketing, direct email campaigns, content creation & propagation through channels like wordpress blog, youtube etc.
• improve social media presence of the company
qualifications and education requirements
• bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
preferred skills
• 3+ years’ of hands on experience in the above roles.
• hands-on experience developing campaigns and promotions
• proven success in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and individually.
• exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentation ability
• understanding of facebook ads manager and google analytics
