Senior Digital Marketing Executive - Hbr Layout Bangalore

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, increasing brand visibility, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive property sales and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects

Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms

Plan and execute project launches, lead generation campaigns, and remarketing strategies

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

Drive qualified leads through paid media, landing pages, and marketing funnels

Monitor cost per lead (CPL), ROI, and conversion rates

Optimize campaigns based on performance data and market trends

Content & Social Media Marketing

Oversee content creation for social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing

Manage social media calendars and engagement for real estate projects

Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content teams for creatives and walkthrough videos

SEO, Website & CRM

Optimize website content for SEO and user experience

Track website performance using Google Analytics and other tools

Coordinate with CRM teams to ensure proper lead tracking and follow-ups

Market & Competitor Analysis

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Identify new digital opportunities and emerging platforms in real estate marketing

Reporting & Team Coordination

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Work closely with sales, channel partners, and external agencies

Guide and mentor junior digital marketing executives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

3–6 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools

Experience in real estate lead generation and campaign optimization

Excellent communication and project management skills

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience with real estate portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.)

Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation

Basic understanding of graphic design and video marketing
