Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in SEO and Social Media Advertising. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive online conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking).
Manage off-page SEO activities (backlink building, outreach, directory submissions).
Optimize website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
Monitor rankings and traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
Prepare SEO performance reports and recommend improvements.
Social Media Advertising:
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Design audience targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better CTR and conversions.
Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient lead generation.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
Generate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop engaging content for social media platforms.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams.
Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page & Off-page).
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads.
Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is an advantage.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Education:
Graduate (Marketing / IT / Business preferred)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in lead generation campaigns.
Knowledge of WordPress or basic website management.
Understanding of email marketing and automation tools.
