CFSPL is looking for experienced and skilled Diesel Engine Mechanics to join our team at multiple coastal locations across India.

Seeking hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing high-speed marine boat engines.

🔧 Skills Required

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing high-speed boat diesel/electronic engines.

• Expertise in engines ranging from 90 HP to 570 HP.

• Strong knowledge of marine engine systems and ancillary equipment.

• Ability to diagnose mechanical faults quickly and efficiently.

• Experience in preventive maintenance and repair activities.

✅ Key Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant hands-on experience.

• Specialization: Strong expertise in troubleshooting and repairing High-Speed Boat Engines and associated ancillary systems.

• Technical Skills: Ability to perform diagnostics, maintenance, overhaul, and repairs while ensuring optimal engine performance and reliability.

• Able to work with limited or no supervision

• Able to work under pressure

• Willingness to work at coastal and marine operational locations.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Solid foundation in digital tools to ensure a smooth workflow and clear correspondence with clients and team members
