About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage and improve the infrastructure, deployment, security, reliability and scalability of our Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and digital lending platform

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with

Linux, Azure Cloud, CI/CD, application

deployment, monitoring, security and production infrastructure

.

Experience working with FinTech, Banking, NBFC, LOS, LMS or other financial applications will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain production and non-production infrastructure for LOS/LMS applications.

Deploy and manage

Java, Python and applications

across development, staging andproduction environments.

Design, implement and maintain

CI/CD pipelines

for automated build, testing and deployment.

Manage cloud infrastructure primarily on

Microsoft Azure

.

Configure and maintain Linux servers and application environments.

Manage application servers, databases, networking, DNS, SSL certificates and securityconfigurations.

Implement infrastructure monitoring, logging, alerting and performance monitoring.

Troubleshoot production deployment, server, networking and application infrastructure issues.

Ensure high availability, reliability and scalability of production systems.

Implement backup, disaster recovery and deployment rollback strategies.

Manage environment configurations and secrets securely.

Work closely with Java, Python, developers and QA teams.

Automate repetitive infrastructure and deployment tasks.

Maintain proper documentation of infrastructure, deployment processes and configurations.

Support production releases and resolve critical infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

3+ years of professional experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with

Linux/Ubuntu server administration

.

Strong experience with

Microsoft Azure

.

Experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, NSG, Load Balancer and related

services.

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with Git and Git-based deployment workflows.

Experience deploying Java/Spring Boot, Python and applications.

Good understanding of Nginx / Apache and reverse proxy configuration.

Experience managing MySQL/PostgreSQL databases from an infrastructure/operations perspective.

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS and networking.

Experience with monitoring, logging and alerting.

Good scripting knowledge using Bash and/or Python.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who can take ownership of the complete deployment and

infrastructure lifecycle of our LOS/LMS platform.

The candidate should be comfortable working directly on Linux production servers, Azure infrastructure,

deployments, networking, monitoring and troubleshooting rather than having only theoretical cloud

knowledge.

Experience handling real production systems for Banks, NBFCs, FinTech companies or lending

platforms will be a strong advantage.
