To connect and coordinate with TVET institutions (ITIs) in the Garhwal hills region and support them in institutionalise the industry linkage cells (ILC).

To support ITIs in formation and functioning of ILCs

To develop and implement action plans for ILC

To support in implementation of ILC activities

To monitor and evaluate the performance of ILCs across all ITIs

To work in close coordination with state wide ILC teams
