Job description:

Managing the entire sales & marketing operations including handling field sales force, sales promotion, distribution, payment collections, sales administration, etc.

Achievement of annual sales targets, planning and implementation of marketing and selling strategies for all products.

Will oversee designing of artwork, visual aids, leave behinds, etc

Handling all C&F, Consignment Agents, and Stockists for smooth operations and timely collections.

Recruiting, training and retaining the field sales team.

Development of institutional, distillery, on-line, retail and any other new areas of business/sales.

New Product development and changes in existing products, packaging, etc.

Product pricing strategies.

Timely and proper submission of all relevant formats.

Delegation of work to subordinates and developing them.

Will have reportees consisting of 6 people at office.

Candidate criteria

m/ graduate with minimum 3 years in field sales and 7 years in office (PMT /distribution/ sales) from pharmaceutical formulation background.

Should have a strong command over written & verbal communication in English.

Should be a permanent resident from Mumbai & have accommodation here.

Male candidates only preferred.
