€¢ Prepare design calculations for as per ASME standards

€¢ Prepare product drawings 3D models or P&IDs at offer stage for customer approval

€¢ Prepare quality assurance plan and submit to customer

€¢ Prepare details bill of material and release produced order through

€¢ Smooth execution of the project within schedule by tracking follow - up form productions department & develop or recommend change if any for manufacturing process.

€¢ Good observations and linguistics skills

€¢ Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.

€¢ Design new engineering products and processes

€¢ Draft models and drawings of products using CAD

€¢ Research new product ideas and methods

€¢ Improve existing products and processes

€¢ Maintain accurate records

€¢ Ensure products are user- and environment-friendly

€¢ Write detailed reports

€¢ Find creative design solutions to problems

€¢ Good hands-on Experience on SolidWorks.
