key account abilities:

• carry out product management activities for industrial cleaning solutions.

• communicate with project leaders, suppliers and production engineers to design the cleaning /washing machine to get best practical and t the same time economical.

• design of machines based on specification provided by customers.

• develops design drawings to fulfil technical objectives as per customer requirements and design specifications.

• design of plastic, rubber, and sheet metal parts.

• coordinate with engineers to meet or exceed the design aspects.

• product design based on design for manufacture/design for assembly

• able to deliver on time while doing it right the first time and every time.

technical competence & skills:

• understanding of industry design standards for dimensioning and tolerancing. gd&t will be a plus point.

• selection of gearbox, induction motor, servo motor, stepper motor, ball screw, lead screw, bearings, pneumatic parts.

• coordination with electrical design team for electric component selection

• preparation of project related documents for handover manuals.

• dap approval from client.

• knowledge of sheet metal pressing & fabrication process

• ability to communicate.
