Develop CAD models and detailed technical drawings (2D/3D)

Generate CAM toolpaths for CNC machines (milling)

Optimize machining strategies, tool selection, feeds & speeds for productivity and surface finish

Support fixture design, DFM reviews, and process documentation (setup sheets, work instructions)

Collaborate with production and QA to troubleshoot issues and reduce rework

Coordinate with numerous vendors for outsourced components

Mr. Ketan Patel, Chief Promoter and Technical Director has 30+ years of experience in the optics manufacturing field. In 2021, the manufacturing plant was shifted to Vadodara, Gujarat for expansion of the facilities. The factory layout is in an area of about 4,000 square feet.
