Looking For Head Of Designing & Development

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Design & Development (D&D) department and establish strategic goals aligned with business objectives.

Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping, testing, and validation through commercialization.

Drive innovation initiatives and identify opportunities for product enhancement and new product development.

Oversee design engineering, product engineering, and development activities while ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline requirements.

Review and approve engineering designs, technical specifications, drawings, and product documentation.

Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches.

Lead research activities, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support product innovation.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

Optimize design processes through the implementation of modern engineering tools, technologies, and best practices.

Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and development schedules.

Mentor and develop design and development teams to enhance technical capabilities and performance.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and technical excellence.
