1. design input study- understanding client inputs in terms of concept 3d views, layouts, fixtures schematic / technical drawings and specifications. visit to/ enquire from site and ensure all required dimensions are captured for detailing.

2. boq creation- estimate a boq from the design input study.

3. detailed drawing development

development of detailed production drawings in terms of views, sections, fastenings, material specifications etc. as required.

development of stable assembly drawings that are proofed for practicality.

4. component drawings- detailed drawings of individual components with all dimensions and details as required. ensure all drawings are updated with respect to the assembly drawings to ensure zero fault in manufacturing.

5. production drawings- develop drawings specific to production operation to enable allocation of right drawings to machines in the production line.

ensure the drawings set is approved by the manager

6. drawing briefing to production and projects- briefing assigned team members of production and projects for every project at the time of issuing the drawing set. ensuring all details are correctly understood by both teams.

7. prototype development supervision- briefing and supervision of prototype in liaison with production. ensure all details are understood and executed in the prototype
