ARCHITECT:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop architectural designs based on client requirements.

• Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using tools like AutoCAD 2D, 3D, SketchUp, Revit, or 3D Max, V-ray.

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision for the project. Develop physical or digital scale models to represent design concepts.

• Present architectural designs through renderings, sketches, and presentations to clients and stakeholders. Oversee on-site construction to ensure work aligns with design plans and standards.

• Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

• Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions in projects. Assist with securing permits and approvals from regulatory bodies. Manage and delegate tasks within the architectural team.
