key responsibilities:
agent recruitment: identify and recruit potential insurance advisors as per the defined criteria.
training & development: provide training to advisors on products, sales processes, and compliance.
business development: support advisors in generating business through field visits and joint sales calls.
target achievement: drive sales of life insurance products to meet or exceed assigned targets.
team management: motivate and retain high-performing advisors, monitor their progress, and provide ongoing support.
compliance & reporting: ensure adherence to company policies and irdai regulations, and maintain proper mis and reports.
customer focus: ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality sales and post-sales service.
key performance indicators (kpis):
advisor recruitment and activation
monthly and quarterly premium targets
advisor retention and productivity
number of joint field calls and training sessions
policy persistency and quality of business
desired candidate profile:
graduate (mba preferred)
1��5 years of experience in life insurance or sales (agency experience preferred)
strong interpersonal and leadership skills
good communication and presentation abilities
result-oriented with a passion for sales and team development
ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
