Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, digital platforms, field activities, and channel partners.

Meet prospective customers and understand their property requirements.

Present project details, pricing, offers, legal approvals, and investment benefits.

Arrange and conduct site visits for clients.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into successful bookings.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, registration, loan processing, and customer support.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Any Graduate / Diploma holder.

Freshers with sales passion and experienced professionals are welcome.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Real estate sales experience is an added advantage.
