1. Hollowing �� 60%

ï‚· Working on orthodontic software for hollowing of 3D models.

ï‚· Follow the SOP of hollowing.

ï‚· Help to reduce the arch cost by designing the 3D Models.

ï‚· Coordinate with internal team to check and ensure the correct output for next step.

ï‚· Aiming to have zero error in Hollowing.

ï‚· Work with production timeline to ensure the timely delivery of aligners.

ï‚· Maintain and coordinate with IT Team to keep the systems updated.

2. Impressions �� 20%

ï‚· Updating the internal team after impressions are received.

ï‚· Follow the SOP of Impressions

ï‚· Maintaining the records of impression details in excel.

ï‚· Pouring and scanning the cast.

ï‚· Checking the bite and full scan before sending for Treatment Planning.

3. Manufacturing �� 20%

ï‚· Help the manufacturing team to deliver the aligners within production timelines.

ï‚· Follow the SOP of manufacturing.

ï‚· Maintaining the records on the daily basis related to manufacturing & ISO guidelines.

ï‚· Aiming to have zero error in Manufacturing of Aligners.

ï‚· Take responsibility for all the machines in manufacturing while operating.
