Job Title: Dental Technician - 3D Printing & FinishingDepartment: Dental LaboratorySummary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Technician with 0-1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental laboratory procedures and a proven ability to work efficiently and accurately. This role will focus on utilizing Formlabs stereolithography (SLA) 3D printers for the production of dental restorations, as well as post-processing, curing, and finishing techniques.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Operate and maintain Formlabs SLA 3D printers according to established protocols and safety guidelines.Prepare 3D printing files, ensuring accurate model orientation and support structure generation.Perform post-processing procedures, including cleaning, curing, and finishing of 3D-printed dental restorations to a high standard of accuracy and polish.Inspect finished restorations for accuracy, fit, and quality, adhering to strict quality control standards and company protocols.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety regulations and best practices.Assist senior technicians with more complex tasks as needed, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with the latest 3D printing technologies and dental techniques.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and time tracking.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Qualifications:0-1 year of experience as a dental technician or equivalent training (e.g., dental assisting program).Strong understanding of dental laboratory procedures and terminology.Experience with 3D printing technologies, particularly SLA, is highly desirable but not required (training will be provided).Ability to work independently and as part of a team, con

1. Hollowing 60% Working on orthodontic software for hollowing of 3D models. Follow the SOP of hollowing. Help to reduce the arch cost by designing the 3D Models. Coordinate with internal team to check and ensure the correct output for next step. Aiming to have zero error in Hollowing. Work with production timeline to ensure the timely delivery of aligners. Maintain and coordinate with IT Team to keep the systems updated.2. Impressions 20% Updating the internal team after impressions are received. Follow the SOP of Impressions Maintaining the records of impression details in excel. Pouring and scanning the cast. Checking the bite and full scan before sending for Treatment Planning.3. Manufacturing 20% Help the manufacturing team to deliver the aligners within production timelines. Follow the SOP of manufacturing. Maintaining the records on the daily basis related to manufacturing & ISO guidelines. Aiming to have zero error in Manufacturing of Aligners. Take responsibility for all the machines in manufacturing while operating.
